The Spirit of the Drum Workshop is an immersive journey into the history, healing, and cultural power of traditional West African drumming. Open to all experience levels, this hands-on session invites you to connect with the drum as a tool for emotional release, spiritual alignment, and cultural unity.
Led by experienced facilitators, you'll learn basic drumming techniques, explore the origins and significance of the djembe and other percussion instruments, and engage in a collective rhythm session designed to elevate your energy and restore balance. Whether you’re new to drumming or a seasoned player, this workshop offers a space for connection, empowerment, and joy.
